FRIENDSHIP & RESILIENCE PROJECT
This term Year 4 students are participating in a series of workshops with Faith Costigan our school counsellor to help us identify the necessary tools to overcome challenges in positive ways. The skills learnt in this program will assist students to deal with stressful situations by normalising moments of anxiety, change and how to self-regulate our emotions when times get tough. It also helps develop self-confidence, resilience and problem solving skills.

ENVIRONMENTAL CALENDAR
Eurobodalla Shire Council each year lead an educational environmental calendar for families across the shire. This year’s theme was ‘water’ or ‘ngadju’ in durga. Sustainability officers came and visited St Mary’s to discuss ways we can be more mindful of water usage for the future. We have some very special artists at St Mary’s, and Fergus P artwork was picked to go on the calendar and used for the overall theme. All families will receive a calendar for their home to use for 2025.
